If your family is headed to Toronto between Nov. 17th, 2023 and Jan. 6th, 2024, don’t miss the magic of WinterFest at Canada’s Wonderland!
Now in its fourth year, this annual tradition brings together all of your favourite things about the holidays – from hundreds of beautifully illuminated Christmas trees to ice skating, rides, live shows, and experiences you’ll never forget.
The festival has dozens of food vendors, serving up Canadian classics like funnel cakes, turkey dinner mac & cheese, and poutine, along with fan favourites like fried chicken, burgers, and pizza. For the grown-ups, you’ll be able to purchase ciders, wines, and spiced eggnog, or stick to delicious non-alcoholic options like hot cocoa, milkshakes and even lemonade. If you feel like getting fancy, Jack Frost’s Igloo Village will allow you to book your own private igloo for dining and concierge service.
With numerous gift shops and unique vendors, you can also shop for fun seasonal merchandise and memorabilia exclusive to WinterFest!
There will be a total of 23 rides open to enjoy, catering to the whimsical and the thrill-seeking alike. In total, there will be more than 40 attractions, spread across 8 differently-themed areas around the park. There will also be several shows and performances, including Tinker’s Toy Factory and Cool Yule Christmas, which invite you to watch acrobatic shenanigans in Santa’s toy factory and sing along with your favourite Christmas pop songs. Each night also offers a unique tree-lighting ceremony!
Tickets are just $29.99 and give you access to everything the festival has to offer, although for $49.99 you can access their 2023 bundle, which includes entry, a free meal, and a souvenir mug.
Canada’s Wonderland is located in Vaughan, just north of Toronto proper. Be sure to follow Canada’s Wonderland on Instagram for the latest event announcements and updates!
