Ever wondered what goes on behind the kitchen doors at Constantine? What truly is behind every signature dish? Now’s your chance to find out! In this exclusive series, Top 30 Under 30 Chef Adam Lafleur will take you behind the scenes and teach you how to recreate some of our most iconic dishes right at the chef’s table. Learn the professional tips and tricks that make these meals not only look incredible, but taste just like your favourite night-out dishes.
Throughout the event, Chef Adam will share insider knowledge on everything from cooking techniques to plating tips, as well as which drinks pair perfectly with certain dishes. Each month will feature a new theme, with hands-on guidance from our culinary experts:
SEPTEMBER: ARANCINI/SUPPLI
Get crispy and golden in this risotto-focused workshop! Chef Adam will guide you through cooking the perfect risotto, then scooping, flavoring, and frying it into delicious arancini or supplì. A hands-on class that ends with a satisfying crunch.
