In this exclusive series, Top 30 Under 30 Chef Adam Lafleur will take you behind the scenes and teach you how to recreate some of our most iconic dishes right at the chef’s table. Learn the professional tips and tricks that make these meals not only look incredible, but taste just like your favourite night-out dishes.

APRIL: FLATBREAD
Take your flatbread-making skills to the next level! Home to a wood-burning oven, churning out crispy pizzas and flatbreads is Constantine’s specialty. This session will feature a dough demo and lesson, perfecting your every stretch.
