Joanie Rémillard is a self-taught Montreal-based abstract artist who’s unique vision communicates emotions of joy, intrigue, euphoria and melancholy through the movement of colour. Through the use of plaster, acrylic paint, metallic pigment and epoxy resin to large-format canvas, Ms. Rémillard creates textures that bring depth, class and fluidity in an expressive way.
You can find the Sweet Beauty art installation, part of the Nébula series, featured at our front desk until Thursday, June 15th as part of our rotating art exhibit. This piece reminds us to appreciate the abstract reality of life, imitated through art every day.
