Good: A cosy hotel with a lovely restaurant. A surprisingly lovely find in downtown Toronto. Excellent value for money. The room was nicely decorated, the bar and restaurant were very good. Bad: I'd be being picky if I said the room was a bit small, but if I HAVE to find something negative, that would be it.

Good: The location was fabulous and the design of the hotel and rooms felt very unique - not too cookie-cutter or corporate. Bad: My partner and I could hear a fair bit of noise from neighbouring rooms.

Good: Very stylish room (+1 for the designer) with plenty of space and a small living area. So many USB outlets, a traveler's dream, we were able to charge everything overnight. All light switches were labeled what they are switching on/off - GENIUS! This should be an international law, we always spend time until we figure out where to turn on/off specific lights. Special Spotify playlist for the showers accesible by QR code on the bathroom mirror - such a cute idea. Plenty of drawers to store and organize clothes for a family of 4. The brunch in the restaurant was yummy, the dinner was good as well. Bad: For early check-in at 11 AM we were charged 75 USD. After 15 hours of flying all night with 2 kids under 5 years old we were exhausted so we paid, but we found this price a quite big. There was no internet for a full day, this made our life hard as we could not search for restaurant, ask for taxi etc.

Staff was very helpful! Room was clean and decent size. The slide lock on the door was broken but other than that everything was great!

Amazing place. I mentioned casually during check-in that it was my son's birthday the following day. While we were out they put a surprise slice of bday cake in the fridge for him. I didn't request this, and the fact that they made this incredibly kind gesture spontaneously speaks volumes of the staff. 25/10 would recommend to anyone.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is great, there is a subway station around the corner and lots of food places around. The room is spacious and comfortable, I would stay here again.

Beautiful spacious and clean King loft. Comfortable and quiet. Shopping and restaurants nearby, close to subway. Board game Cafe and Su Karaoke right around the corner. Will be back!

We had the king loft. It was beautiful, unique and comfortable. Very quiet, did not hear any other guests during our stay. Huge shower. Walkable dining and stores nearby. A cute boardgame cafe and Su Karaoke Bar not even a block away for entertainment. Will stay here again next time we visit Toronto.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days while undergoing a medical procedure, as it was conveniently located. Upon arrival, I called the front desk for parking instructions, and John answered. Not only did he provide clear directions, but he also came outside, assisted with my luggage, and personally guided me to my room. Throughout my stay, I reached out to the front desk multiple times for assistance, and I was consistently impressed by the level of service. John, in particular, went above and beyond—every request I had was met with efficiency and a warm smile. Thanks to the outstanding hospitality, I will be staying at this hotel every time I visit Toronto.

I liked this hotel very much. The room was beautiful and nicely laid out, very stylish. The bathroom was comfortable, and I enjoyed having the sink and closet area across the hall from the bathroom. That was something new to me, visiting from the United States, But I liked it. I enjoyed being right in the middle of a bustling area, but the room itself was very peaceful and comfortable. My view was amazing. I really enjoyed having that comfortable leather chair and the little table. It really made it like home away from home. I was glad to have the mini fridge and the electric tea kettle, but one other thing I would’ve liked to have is a microwave oven. Safety: I felt comfortable in the area and in my room Walkability: I liked that there is a nearby subway stop. Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Good: Great location, excellent hotel restaurant, great staff, very clean, fun trip! Bad: It was a little hard to know I was at the right place when waking up to it. Like where’s the entrance? I walked all around the place in the rain…

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! The room was spacious and nicely decorated - I especially liked the getting ready playlist on the mirror :) Valet parking was very easy to use and convenient, because it's an extremely walkable area (we walked to the ROM) and is only a few blocks from the nearest subway station.

Everything from the staff to the pillows was perfect. Food options on site were delicious and this property manages to be effortlessly cool.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at The Anndore House. The location is excellent, being in a very walkable neighbourhood with many restaurants to choose from. It is also very close to a Subway station, making easy to get around from this central location. The room was cute, comfortable and well appointed. I forgot a HDMI cable for my laptop and the staff quickly had one for me to borrow. We would stay here again when next in Toronto. Recommend highly.

Good: I personally loved the aesthetics of the hotel - it was one of the most unique looking ones I have ever stayed at! I love the vibes, the decor, the feel - all made me feel like I'm staying at an artsy homestay instead of one of the generic hotels that look like a concrete from the outside and a hospital bedroom on the inside. We had a noise coming from our room when we first checked in -- it sounded like a high-pitched water steam that was going off every few minutes. We notified the front desk and they gave us a new room right away. We appreciated the accommodations!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Anndore House. It had a great central location for all the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were spacious and clean with our only complaint being the amount of light that came through the closed blinds at night time. What really makes the Anndore House shine is its staff and hospitality. Everyone we met was extremely nice and helpful. In particular, my husband misplaced his wedding band on our first night. However, after notifying the staff we were happily surprised to get a call from them after discharge that they had found the ring while cleaning our room and would be able to ship it to us!

Comfortable enough stay. The location is very convenient to many things downtown, and the hotel is in good enough condition. The ample water was a very nice touch. Not having room service—or breakfast, for that matter—for most of the week was quite annoying. My wife and I were on a kind-of 'honeymoon lite' and often just wanted to wake up, have a lazy breakfast in bed, and get our day started that way. Instead, we'd often have to get ready in a somewhat rushed way and go out in search of a place to have breakfast. I understand that there may not be a lot of foot traffic to the restaurant mid-week mornings, but I bet it would make a big difference to at least some hotel guests. Would definitely make it more compelling for me to stay at this hotel next time I'm in Toronto.

Stunning boutique hotel, we had a warm welcome and were offered complementary water bottles during our whole stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, vintage looking with a lot of warmth. We also had drinks at the bar and were welcome by a charming and knowledgeable bartender. As for the restaurant it was tasty maybe a bit on the pricy side for the portions. Finally the little coffee house attached made a fine cappuccino. 👌 We had a very good experience and will surely be back to this location. Only negative I’ve got to add is that the shower temperature is either too cold or too warm and varies even after adjusting it. Safety: Location is in a poorer neighbourhood however the hotel makes sure that it’s safe. Hotel highlights: Romantic
