In general the place is clean, staff r good, n the location is ok but under the prize u r paying, it could hv been better. Only thing is the little hiccup, i extend my stay, sure enough, it was great that the staff remind me to use Expedia to get a better prize, but the next day they told me it was cancelled in the system even if i paid my extension, they asked me to call Expedia myself to clear the issue, sure enough the problem was solved thx to Expedia, but the House staff should hv helped more as it caused me a lot of anxiety being in a foreign place with an issue like ths.

The hotel is clean and looks nice. Only gripe was the bedroom heater would randomly rattle very loudly causing us to have to turn it off indefinitely.

Penelope at check-in was FANTASTIC, such an amazing and friendly experience. Great place, SUPER clean rooms. The convenience of the superb in-house restaurant was amazing. WE WILL BE BACK

We spent a week in this hotel during summer. Perfect location as the subway station is right across the street. Room is spacious and easy to find some good food and restaurants around the area. Stayed in: 2 Queen Beds Loft Stay length: 6 night(s)

Good: Staff were nice. The room was ok. Bad: I could not find the hotel initially. The name and address need to be more prominently displaced. Not sure where the photo on ad for the hotel comes from? There were black marks on the sheets and hair on the throw pillow. The food at the hotel should have more fresh and vegan options.

Good: Our stay at Anndore was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, the building and room were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was well above expectations. When the staff found out it was my Birthday, they surprised us with complimentary breakfast, which made our stay extra special. Bad: Nothing

Good: Great location easy to navigate through the city from the subway station close to the hotel. Bed was super comfy and hotel is quiet at night. Bad: Wine glasses in our room had a couple of chips, we could have also used regular water glasses instead we had to use mugs and then try to rince them out for coffee the next morning.

Affordable price and great location. My friend and I really enjoyed our room with two queen beds. We appreciated the two armchairs and the desk space. Lastly, Penelope at the reception made our stay even more enjoyable with her constant smile and great service.

Good: The breakfast was fantastic and the drinks met my expectations. The room was fairly sized and clean. The city view was satisfactory but the shutters could not open, so it impeded the view. Plenty of free amenities were provided, free of charge. Bad: The smell of weed invaded my room and the entire floor, so I requested a room change, which was immediately granted for free. The new room did not have any weed smell. Ventilation works too well in this hotel, bringing in both good and bad smells easily.

Everything was very nice from start to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely and it’s a great location. I will definitely be back. I got an awesome deal as well.

Anndore is an amazing hotel! Stayed for 1 week after Christmas and through New Year's. The location is great! Very walkable to gay village and tons of good restaurants. Penelope was an absolute delight with check in and we got to check in early! Had the king room on a high floor overlooking the adjacent park and cityscape. Shower was great and had the handheld hose attached. Coffee and tea provided in room. They also have an extensive list of extras you can have delivered to room, from a razor or sewing kit to a bathrobe or even a microwave! Decor was clean, minimalist and artsy. Very comfortable stay the entire time. If I have any comment for improvement, it would be the maid service. Got room cleaned only once and was not a thorough job; the toilet was not even cleaned and my washcloths were taken but not replaced. I had to find the lady in the hall and ask for more toilet paper and washcloths. Other than pretty loud cleaning ladies in the hallway mid-morning almost every day, the hotel and room were quiet. Absolutely no city noise from outside. Stay was a strong 10 out of 10. I would 100% stay here again next time I am in Toronto.

A beautifully decorated room with large modern bathroom. Quiet, but in a convenient and central location (close to Bloor subway and walkable to Yorkville). Stylish restaurant on the main floor. Excellent value.

The customer service and room were excellent. Check-in was smooth, and checkout was even easier. The room was spotless and perfectly maintained. Definitely worth the money, I’d happily stay here again.

Good: Artsy and luxurious room, comfortable bed, industrial chic bathroom finishings, deluxe robes, exceptional staff. Loved the Constantine dining room and bar downstairs, beautiful spot for a fun Happy Hour! Breakfast deal was worthwhile and delicious - great service. Central location with the city at your fingertips! Bad: TV was a bit finicky - needed to wait for certain channels to load.

Good: Visited for a long weekend from Michigan. Everything about this place was fantastic. The staff,Valet, and all of the workers in the bar/restaurant were awesome. This is going to be the only place that I stay at from now on when I visit Toronto. Bad: Rooms were spotless and the restaurant had some amazing food. It's surrounded by a bunch of bars and restaurants and little shops. What a hidden gem.

Stayed here over Xmas. The anndore was a perfect choice..well appointed rooms, friendly helpful staff, great food. And one block on a covered sidewalk to the subway.loved the glass bottles of filtered water, plus microwave, drip coffee pot and kettle. Very quiet.

Great stay at Anndore House. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent, close to everything and easy to get around.

Good: The property is great. Room was great. Bad: The restaurant was a disappointment from the experience I had last time. I felt the restaurant staff, not the bar staff lacked the enthusiasm of hosts/hostesses as opposed to just servers. I’ll be back but please…

Good: Location is ideal - closest hotel to Yonge & Bloor with cheap, secure GreenP parking directly across the street. Our room (King Loft) was on the 8th floor and very quiet. Appealing reno of an older building, fully-upgraded in a warm, contemporary style. Shower & sink area seperated so two can get ready at the same time. Nice rain showerhead with plenty of water pressure. Amenities include a high-end restaurant (Constantine's), a coffee house, and a men's barber salon. Would stay here again without question!

Overall, a very nice place to stay when you have to be in the big crazy rat race of Toronto. Despite being right off Yonge and Bloor it’s actually relatively quiet and decently peaceful, although there is certainly a much larger vagrant population in the area than they used to be. It’s a relatively small hotel, which is great and the customer service ethic is very good. The rooms are a little bit more lofty and feel which is great so you don’t feel like you’re in the typical big boring corporate hotel. My only issue was I like sleeping with it cool and the temperature would not go below 18.5 and the heat would come on even when I turned it off. Other than that, I really like the place and the fact that you can open the windows.

Great staff! So pleasant and felt they were trying to impress all the time. First time staying at the Andorre and certainly not the last. Very convenient place to subway, food, shops and more. Love the room and the set up. I felt at home!
