Good: I desperately want a Smeg kettle because of you, and loved the retro feel with modern amenities. Bad: Restaurant bites were just ok for the price.

Good: Great hotel, with some of the best staff we have encountered in Ontario. Quality breakfast, very comfy beds and easy access to subway to downtown. Bad: Nothing really.

Good: Excellent central location with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and just a short walk to my workplace, making it ideal for a work trip. I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, including the microwave and fridge, delicious tea and coffee, complimentary earplugs, free yoga mat rental, and luxurious bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable with spotless bedding, and despite the central location, the room was surprisingly quiet. Bad: Nothing to complain about. Everything was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and exactly as described. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel ambience was excellent, a really nice boutique hotel. They have customer service down to an art. Every staff member was excellent and very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We had a great time and enjoyed the space with our dog. It was our first time vacationing with our dog and it went great. Very clean and helpful staff, would return again. Room was also very spacious!

Booked a room to celebrate my recovery from a stroke. My partner was there every step of the way, and is the only reason Im still alive. Kimara helped me set up the room and a proper thank you for him. She and the hotel went above and beyond to help thank a man who also went above and beyond. Thank you so much Kimara and the Anndore team. The room and the extras are so amazing!! Worth ever penny. They even provided ear plug because I made an off hand comment abput deliking city noise at night simce we are from the country. Talk about attention to detail! Highly recommend and most definitely will be back!!

Nice hotel. Nice decorations and design of the rooms . Close to Yorkville , the Village, bloor street. Breakfast was a bit complicated though. We got the BF included but I regretted bc it was very basic and there are so many cafes near by. Otherwise I loved this hotel and staff.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and competent. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning artwork throughout. The valet service was smooth and efficient. We also tried the happy hour snack menu, and we liked everything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

Good: I like the fact it had garage parking as we didn't know the area to find parking for our hire car. Bad: not enough hangers, only 3 each. checked out daughters' room was the same.

We booked this boutique hotel last minute for a parents night out, we wanted something close to the theater. This hotel was a perfect location and super cute inside. It kind of gave New York loft vibes! The restaurant on site was also amazing, the food was absolutely delicious. Staff went above and beyond with everything, including the valet workers! I would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel, and we can’t wait to come back again!

I rarely give 5 star review and this hotel deserved it. From the size of the room, cleanliness, to location and quality of service. It was a great stay.

Good: Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Loved the retro, boutique look. Bed was super comfy. Close to the subway, so easy access to the rest of the city. Bad: AC unit in the room was a bit loud.

Good: Visited for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon trip. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Gorgeous bathroom and comfy bed. The staff left some wine and chocolates with a lovely note wishing us a happy honeymoon which we really appreciated❤️ Bad: No fault of the hotel but the area surrounding felt a bit unsafe. Wouldn’t walk around the street at night.

Staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and very updated. The hotel was adorable and the area was quiet. I love a good boutique hotel. The only disappointing thing was that we did not have a record player and some vinyl in our room. It looked like every room had that on the website and we did not. But everything else was fantastic.

Mooi hotel midden in Toronto. Moderne kamers, zachte bedden en een mooi zitje. Badkamer met voldoende ruimte. Vriendeljjk personeel en een valet service. Je kan ook zelf parkeren in de public parking space aan de overkant. Beneden kan je eten en een goed cocktail drinken. De espresso martine is killing!

Fantastic hotel in a convenient area of TO. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed complete with single seat couches. Great coffee tea selection in the rooms and refillable water bottles. Dry cleaning pricing is also very reasonable. Service was phenomenal Penelope was very welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast at Constantine was delicious. The restaurant is very spacious would be great for events there. Definitely will return.

Had a very nice and comfortable stay. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room are well maintained and clean. It's like our home away from home feeling. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Good: The décor was stylish and full of character, a refreshing change from the typical bland, colourless hotel interiors. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of shelving for storage. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Their outstanding service made a great stay even more memorable. Bad: There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The wardrobe was on the small side, and we would have appreciated having an in-room safe. The lighting at night was rather dim, although the large windows filled the room with plenty of natural light during the day.

Lovely clean rooms, all staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a late night dinner that was 5 star! Anthony was so beyond helpful, funny and accommodating with all food allergies. We felt so bad for coming at the end of the evening. They were all so kind and accommodating We didn’t feel rushed or hurried and they all stayed late. Food and ambience made it one of our favourite family meals ever. Would stay there again and again.

Good: The way it was simply perfect. The Constantine restaurant on the main floor is fabulous. Bad: Some parts of the area feel not as safe as you would like. However that is most big cities.
