Andore House please put a large lighted sign on the street facing wall of your building. You have a small sign on sidewalk level. Many people have asked me "where is The Andore House" and they are standing right across the street from the building. See pics.🏢

The suite is very roomy and spacious. It was great to have a record player to play some background music as well as an empty fridge to store drinks and snacks. The bathroom was very clean and also spacious. The cafe downstairs was nice to get a coffee to go in the morning. I also enjoyed the snacks in the mini bar on offer. Would definitely stay again.

Decent location in the Church-Wellesley area. Self park is across the street. In house restaurant and bar is nice. Plenty of food options to walk to. There is a stop a few blocks away on Yonge for the red double decker city sightseeing bus which I used to get to all the places I wanted to see. Only minor complaint is the bathroom has 1 small bar to hang 6 towels on. Hotel highlights: Quiet

Good: We loved everything about The Anndore House. The building itself is gorgeous, the staff are incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spacious, pristine, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable ! The space itself is quiet, and we did not hear anything from the street. Bad: We enjoyed everything.

Absolute gem of a property - lovely staff, great rooms and fantastic restaurant/bar. However, it is next to a church where there are lots of homeless people taking drugs at all hours. It did not feel safe.

From arrival to check-out, the service was impeccable. And to my surprise the decor and amenities we're top notch. Simple things as having a good working iron, makes the world a difference. Thank you to the valet for handling our super large van, and finding us a spot for a couple nights! Hotel highlights: Luxury

The Anndore House: A Hidden Gem in Bustling Toronto Tucked just off Yonge St., The Anndore House surprises with its understated exterior and a small sign that almost has you asking, ‘Where is this place?’ But step inside, and you’ll be glad you found it. The sleek, modern lobby with its dim, enchanting ambiance feels worlds away from Toronto’s busy streets, and the warm greeting from the staff sets the tone for your stay. Within this chic, secluded oasis, you’ll find more than just the basics. The hotel boasts a bar, restaurant, and front desk, alongside exclusive perks like a guest-only barbershop and coffee shop. I’m so glad I chose to stay here and am already planning my return! Rooms: Clean and modern, massive! Nearby activities: Friends and I found high-end bowling nearby, as well as the ultimate VR Experience at Sandbox! Safety: Card access into the building and into room floors Walkability: Parking garage nearby and right off Yonge St. Food & drinks: Yonge St, just around the corner, is backed with restaurants upon restaurants! Good: Our stay here was brilliant, lovely clean and spacious room. The location is excellent. We would stay here again. Bad: Our arrival was delayed, we attempted to contact the hotel through different means to make them aware, but we were not able to get through. The check-in was 24 hours so this was not a problem, however we were locked outside a while whilst we waited for staff to come to the door. Lastly, it would have been good if staff could have brought out bags to the room.

Good: Loved everything about the room- spacious, nicely decorated Bad: Entrance was a bit odd- not very appealing. There was a shelter close by with lots of homeless people roaming the street. Though this was a bad first impression driving in, we never experienced any issues and the hotel was otherwise excellent

A little gem of a hotel, friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfy beds, well organised and partnered with an excellent restaurant, the Constantine. Yes there was a homeless centre nearby but it was well managed and supported by the authorities and had no impact on our stay. Rooms: Clean, stylish, quality toiletries, air con, usb ports and very comfy beds. We slept well here. Nearby activities: Museums, shops, restaurants, universities and Hop on Hop off pick up point round the corner. Safety: Well lit streets in the vicinity. Walkability: A few yards from Yonge Street which is a direct walk to the main Dundas area to your left and designer shops and universities to the right. Can walk up hill to Casa Loma. Food & drinks: Plenty of dining options but we enjoyed the Constantine. Noteworthy details: For Subway, walk through the ground floor of the car park opposite the hotel and out to the street other side - entrance ahead. No need to buy tickets just scan your credit card on entry and exit. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Quiet, Great value

We had a great stay at this quite lovely hotel in large due to the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff. Greeted at the front door and again at the desk when we checked in and each time we encountered someone in the halls. Such a friendly atmosphere. The room was great. Very stylish with a comfortable bed. All the usual items in the room to make our stay comfortable. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic

Good: The decor and aesthetic of the room was very modern yet unique. I loved how the room had a vinyl record player with a collection of vinyls to choose from. Bad: The only downside was their dinner room service wasn’t running the day I arrived after a long-haul flight so I had to go elsewhere for dinner.

Good: The decor was on point! Very dark and trendy. Hubby referred to it as the 'bat cave'. Check-in was a little busy but the manager(?) was very attentive and brought in reinforcements to speed up the process. The room has a homey vibe. Felt like a loft apartment (with no kitchen of course). The room was very clean and although hubby thought the bed was a little soft, I was able to fall asleep right away which is rare for me at hotels. There is quite a bit of construction happening at the moment and I thought it was a nice touch that the hotel provided ear plugs for guests. I will admit the area is a little sketchy at night with some unhoused people roaming the streets. However, growing up in the GTA, I did not feel threatened by their presence. Also, having the valet staff at the front door and having to tap into the hotel with your room key after 10pm adds an extra layer of protection. Finally, hubby absolutely LOVED the complimentary flavoured water and hopes the hotel continues to offer that little luxury. Bad: The shower door did not stay closed. This is important to me because I like to take very hot showers. I felt like I had to crank the water up because of the constant draft coming in. If you are checking out, perhaps give yourself enough time to get downstairs because the elevators are slow in the morning. We ended up taking the stairs after waiting for about 5 minutes.

This place was trendy and fun. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was complimentary bottled water, which most places don’t give you. The 24hr availability of someone at the front desk was helpful for an early checkout before our flight. We loved having buttons next to our bed to control the room lights. Outlets were easy to find for charging devices. The bed was comfortable and the decor was cute. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the location of town; we didn’t feel super safe. There was a guy sleeping in front of the entrance at 6am when we left one morning. We woke up to hear a mugging outside at 11pm one night.

Good: Fashionable hotel, I really liked all the interior designs. Also a good location (right by Bloor and Yonge), with easy access to the subway. Bad: The room could use more hangers, and it was a bit cramped in there but that's to be expected in a dense city like Toronto.

Spent my anniversary here just this past weekend and they were absolutely flawless! From check in, to the room, to the valet Service! Thank you to the management team that used my code word, “bring more pillows” to bring the special gift I had dropped off by someone to make my event special. Just shortly after I was purposed to, they brought my chocolate covered strawberries and roses and complementary champagne to the room! Thank you thank you thank you! Such a beautiful place. I actually want to mention that I won a free stay here from the C.A.R.E Gala earlier this year and finally used it this past weekend. Such a beautiful hidden gem in the centre of the six 💯💯 Better inside than out! Book this place! Eat at the Michelin star restaurant inside ⭐️ however could improve on the gnocchi 😊 everything else was Devine! Vino was great too, very very nice hospitality - I want to win again 🔒 Thanks Anndore House Hotel highlights: Luxury, Romantic, Quiet

I enjoyed my stay at the Anndore. Nice room, good size, and great design/decor. The hotel is in as central a location as you can get for Toronto, which makes it easy to get around either on foot or using the subway system. That said, even though I personally loved the location, if you're not accustomed to the eclectic sights and sounds of a big city, you might not like some aspects of the neighbourhood.
