The room is pretty nice. Everything good within the hotel and there’s a paid parking lot across from the street. The only thing is there are lots of homeless people right by the hotel (seems like there’s a gathering place for them) - wanted to point it out in case it matters to people.

Good: The property was very modern and had everything within one space - ie hotel, bar, restaurant, coffee shop and the location was great as it was close to local amenities like drug stories and many restaurants and bakeries and close to a station Bad: The property was located right next to a homeless shelter, which wasn’t bad during the day time but at night time I wouldn’t recommend walking past it

Very nice Hotel. Good central location. Hand y for walking and close to public transport. Great staff were very helpful with several problems I had.

It’s a very attractive and inviting hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated, the lobby and bar are comfortable and friendly. The staff were excellent. We had a great stay and the valet parking was definitely worth the price.

Good: The location is great. It is close to the office I wanted to go to, and everything else is nearby. Bad: I thought $500 CAD could have bought much more; apparently, I was wrong. As my flight arrived late at night, I checked in almost at midnight. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 am the next morning, I hoped to get back to my room for some rest afterward. I needed it after taking a 20-hour long-haul flight, so I asked the hotel if I could have a late check-out. The answer was a cold "late check-out fee is $30 per half hour." Really?! After the TV remote didn't work and I complained about almost everything in the room, this was what I got?! No, this is not how a hospitality business should be. Especially when I have travelled so much. Anyways, I would say this facility does not meet Hyatt standards.

Lovely property and rooms. Nice patio bar. Area is a bit sketchy with a lot of homeless people. Valet Parking (only option) is a bit expensive but credit from Expedia makes it similar to "Green P" across the street. Staff very nice and helpful

We loved the location as we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff were very helpful and having the restaurant was awesome! We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

My husband and I were very pleased that the staff were very pleasant and made arrangements to allow us to check into our clean room early in the afternoon.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my stay here, but I'm giving it 4 stars due to the front desk staffs, particularly during the evening shift. While one of the ladies is incredibly helpful and always smiling, the others aren't as friendly. However, the room and location are fantastic.

Overall the stay was great. Clean rooms, great staff, convenient location, nice modern building. My issues were that the bathrooms in the restaurant needed more cleaning; and some discomfort in the neighbourhood with the ‘sanctuary’/shelter a couple of buildings further in on Charles where it appeared to have a fair bit of drug use amongst the homeless there.

Good: It’s lovely modern and clean. We enjoyed the stay. It was close to the tube and shops. Bad: It was near to the homeless gathering.

not a lot of amenities and location is rather out of sight with a non existant reception desk, tucked away again, wish it had more public areas. The rooms were very chick and clean.

Great hotel with the most interesting rooms! A record player in my room? Yes please! Could do with a restock on records available as a number of the ones in my room were scratched, but overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

I loved the decor of the room with its artsy/industrial chic. In fact, I talk to my daughter and son-in-law about coming there to celebrate their anniversary. The only thing I found mildly frustrating was the television. In the US I’m used to more TV options and I had difficulty syncing my iPad to the television. Changing channels was incredibly slow and they’re just weren’t that many TV options but everything else was an amazing experience and I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Staff was great and the space was very comfortable and convenient to everything that I needed. Eataly was my favorite eating out experience with its three restaurant/grocery/dessert bar options. Delicious food and conveniently located along with shopping.

This was an excellent stay! It was my first time in Toronto, and this spot was nestled in the middle of a moderately busy strip, which was convenient for me to walk around and visit the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was beautiful!

This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and it’s in the perfect location between Yonge and Church. I would stay here again without question.

Good: Beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable. Great decor, felt luxurious and practical at the same time. Easy walk to all downtown amenities. There’s a great little gelato place opposite too! Bad: We were a little bit disappointed with the restaurant. We only ate one meal there but it was expensive, the service was slow & the food a bit disappointing. My husband had a pasta arrabiata dish which was so spicy it was unpleasant. The waiter who cleared our table said he usually advises about this but the server who took our order didn’t do this.

Hotel was great very clean very modern. Location was great despite just how awful Toronto has become. Only downfall for this hotel are the pillows used for sleeping. Felt like I was sleeping on a bunched up hoodie. Maybe bring your own.

Good: Great location and price. Bad: The cleanliness left something to be desired, the in room minibar was empty, and there was no way to contact the front desk via the room phone, only via WhatsApp or mobile phone. The WiFi setup was confusing, I couldn't buy sparkling water at the hotel despite it having a restaurant, and there was no room service either.

Good: Good sized clean rooms! Lovely, friendly staff particularly the breakfast staff! Good food options! The woodfired pizzas were superb! Brilliant location! Lots of surrounding restaurants. Bad: Can't fault our stay apart from the member of staff who checked us in! He didn't explain the facilities clearly and forgot to give us the breakfast coupons!

Not situated in Yorkville. Hotel is two blocks south of Bloor. Many druggies and homeless in alley and close by. Not the hotel’s fault per se but a fact nonetheless. Hotel bed super confortable and room well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great service wonderful location, especially if you have a vehicle to park during the stay. There is a municipal garage right opposite the hotel entrance. 8 dollars for overnight parking. So you don’t need to pay 50 dollars hotel valet parking. Also there’s plenty of street parking park places around the garage. They are free after 9pm everyday. Parking friendly spot :). The design of the room is nice. The problem is the window air conditioner makes some noise.

Anndore is our go to when travelling to Toronto (outside of major events like TIFF, when its prices go through the roof). A cool, boutique style hotel with clean, modern aesthetics. Beds are comfy and the property is well situated in the core of downtown – walkable to Yorkville, Dundas Square/Eaton's Centre (a bit of a walk, but always interesting) and The Village. Constantine (restaurant) offers a nice, but pricey breakfast/brunch. We generally don't eat there as there are convenient and good eats all around the hotel, including Nani's Gelato directly across the street. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Valet parking is very convenient and prompt. The only complaint we have is about the bathrooms. The showers look great, but they leak no matter what you do. Other than that, the hotel is a gem.

Excellent stay. Room was seriously nice, super clean, excellent linens. Great breakfast. A/C was a bit noisy but really enjoyed the place.

Good: Great location and room Bad: check in was not very friendly and did not give basic guidelines, although the breakfast was included the check in staff did not explain how it worked and missed to give the vouchers. The breakfast is in a restaurant not a buffet as usual
