My husband and I were enchanted by this hotel. It had a retro vibe (even had a record player and records in the room), was very clean and the bar was great. The Japanese restaurant attached looked amazing, too! The only negative thing I have to say is that we had to walk several blocks in a more down-trodden area to get to the nicer part of town. I never felt unsafe but it’s what you get for the price and being further north of town.
Good: Great location, friendly staff, good amenities. Very comfortable. Bad: Nothing
Good hotel, good location, fair price.
Unfortunately there’s a lot of vagrants around the hotel. One working elevator
Beautiful and clean boutique hotel. Excellent location.
Property is nice, rooms look like the pictures, but I don’t feel like it was a $400 room, area around…
Very nice boutique hotel with comfortable and modern designed, spacious rooms. Staff always friendly and ready to help
The location is very close to Yonge and Bloor, which is a big plus. It is also very easy to access the TCC and there is a bike share station right across the road inside the parking lot.
Well visited restaurant on the ground floor and a very good coffee shop as well. And if you have the need, they also have a barber shop inside.
Comfortable stay in a stylish place! Would definitely stay again and recommend.
The hotel is really pretty and the rooms are a great size. It is also conveniently located very close to…
Found the hotel online, having never been to Toronto before, am really pleased with everything about the hotel. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, nice restaurant and lounge, and a nice coffee shop.
We found it close enough to the metro for sightseeing, and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Slightly quirky but very nicely appointed rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff. One of the elevators wasn't working during our multi-day stay, which meant getting up and down to the 7th floor sometimes took a long time. But overall, this was a very pleasant hotel experience for our family, and we'd definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.
Very modern, very clean. Excellent staff.
Good: Super comfortable bed, great shower facilities and fantastic space in the room Bad: That l had to leave

Good: The hotel is in an excellent location - easy access to the Royal Ontario Museum, the Royal Conservatory of Music (lovely concert venue), shopping on Bloor, and a short walk to the Evergreen Brickworks. Lots of terrific eating places nearby, including a gelato place directly across from the hotel, and a little coffee shop attached to the hotel which is a great place to stop for a quick breakfast. You can stroll down Yonge and within 15 minutes reach Yonge-Dundas square. Union Station is only six quick stops on the subway. So it’s an excellent base from which to get around town. The hotel itself has a lovely design. Our room had numerous decorative touches which added a lot of charm without being overbearing. And we were very impressed by the amount of space we had. The staff were welcoming and friendly on each occasion.
Bad: No complaints at all
Good: Loved the layout of the room and the shower and dressing area. Bar staff friendly and helpful Bad: The…
Very unique room, bed was comfortable and our floor was pretty quiet. Only complaint is that our AC unit was running the whole time and couldn’t keep up. It was 10 degrees warmer in our room than what we had it set at.

Through all of my traveling, this has been by far one of my favorite hotels. The staff were super friendly and helpful during my stay. The modern room was great, everything from the comfortable bed, the lounge chairs, and the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.
PS my one negative are the doors. They slam really loudly.
Fun place with very interesting decor. Record player in the room! Close to plenty of restaurants. Only one night, but…
5 ⭐️ such a unique room! Lots of chairs, storage, record player with records, art and photography book, big tv, great shower and comfortable beds. Hot black coffee downstairs was excellent as was Nani’s gelato across the street. Subway is less then 5min walk! Staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible.
Good: the rooms were nice. Bad: the reception area was a bit small. and rooms a bit small

I absolutely adore the Anndore house. So much so, that every time I’m in Toronto, I make a point of staying there. More than anything else, it truly is the exceptional service from the staff that keeps bringing me back to a hotel that feels like home.
Good: Great design, nice bathrooms/beds Bad: Location-was a bit off everything
Bad: lack of hooks in the bathroom and counter space.

Good: Loved the hotel. The rooms are really stylish with great facilities and very spacious. There was clearly a lot of attention to detail when desiging it. It's also handy to have the bar/restaurant and coffee shop on site.
Bad: Apart from the location which was a bit further out than we though (not by much), I can't think of anything.
Had a great overnight stay. Staff were amazing. Room was perfect
It’s time to update!
Loved staying here! The room was cool and comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location in close vicinity…
Good: we did not eat at the restaurant in the building. we loved the room, the set up and the decor (LOVED the retro phone, record player and records, and we especially loved the pictures on the walls. also very much appreciated the level of security in the building (doors locked after 10 pm, room key required to use the elevator etc). loved the location too
Bad: the water pressure in the however was terrible. the shower and bathroom was very nice, but with two women with long hair, showers took a very long time

Annedore house a fully renovated building. We stayed at a suite with a separate bedroom. Rooms were really spacious and perfect for working. Location is central but next to a sanctuary which occasionally may attract unsafe behavior

Good: The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble
Bad: I’d booked for 3 people and had to ask every time for another set of towels - which we did get but we had to keep asking every time the room was cleaned. There were also a couple of days the room didn’t get cleaned due to staff shortage’s.

Good: A very nice boutique hotel, with some very nice design touches in the bedrooms. The restaurant Constantines, was excellent, by far the best meal we had in Canada.
Bad: Because it’s in midtown it can be quite noisy at night, we were on the 4th floor and can say the city doesn’t sleep.
Wonderful hotel, nice and modern!
Staff and room was fantastic

Good: very cool decor and good location
Bad: room wasn’t cleaned for two days due to staff shortages - whilst appreciating the problem, the reason we stay in a good hotel is to have our bedroom made and room cleaned for us as a treat!

This boutique hotel is great value. Modern styling, new, clean, room was bigger than expected when considering this is an old converted apartment building. I'm rating 5 stars not because this is a 5star hotel but rather because it is a 5/5 for the category that it falls under which is likely. 3+ star hotel.
