As mentioned, this year’s charity is Melanoma Canada. This organization is dedicated to educating Canadians about skin cancer, and the preventative measures that we can all take to reduce our chances of contracting it. Their goal is zero skin cancer and zero skin cancer-related deaths, and one of the ways they help the community reach this goal is through the Mole-Mobile – a mobile van staffed by medical professionals and the diagnostic tools needed to check the skin for any early signs. The Mole-Mobile will once again be in attendance at this year’s event, so be sure to stop by and help support this fantastic organization!
