Booked the suite for 3 nights but upon my arrival I was given a standard room. They refused to put me in suite. The following morning I alerted front desk and they put me in the suite. The suite was fabulous. I think the mixup was due to getting in late and being checked in by the night staff. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was plain and not worth the price. The rooms were great. Great layout. Loved the bathroom and integrated switches.

First trip to this hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our Queen loft double queen bed was spacious and well appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed in room amenities. Decore is funky with many interesting features for a very urban feel. All staff were exceptional. Very welcoming, friendly, responsive and polite. We did not eat in the restaurant but the atmosphere was lovely - creams and white with a great menu. Location is ideal for shopping on Bloor however we did not feel very safe on this stretch of Yonge street. We would definitely stay again. Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly, Great value

Good: the staff and facility great. the overall facility good doorman valet good dined at constantine excellent. Bad: the one major fault, of this premium property is that one of the two club styles in my room - the stitching on the arm was ripped was ripped 3-5 cm in two places. this was on the top of the arm and visible. for a night rate of nearly 300 unacceptable, if housekeeping does not report such trining is needed. if reported a nothing done. i have no desire to return nor recommend.what could be discovered on a second visit? i am aware the hotal has offered as an auction item, for an event nov 230. i am both attending and guest speaker. if such a room was given as the item. both organizations loose.
